Our Wedding

The morning of September 11, 2025, feels like fate. A friend called me with a vivid dream about a house with double doors, a pool, a party, and me in a blue dress introducing a man to everyone — a house that, coincidentally, I was building and Sheetal had no clue. In the dream I mentioned on a microphone while Rod played guitar, "He doesn't like Indian food, but that was ok and we loved him anyways." That same day, Rod messaged to say he was on a flight home and asked if I’d like to meet for dinner. When he joked on the plane, "Someone is eating curry &amp; it stinks!", I froze and called my friend back to hear the dream again — I’d actually had a blue dress hanging on my closet door set out for that night. We met for dinner that evening, then another, and within a week golf, great food, and long conversations drew us close. Rod’s kindness, his smile, and the way he listens made me feel seen. From those first evenings we discovered similar gifts and a deep connection that made us inseparable. We are overjoyed to have found each other and excited to begin our life together. We’ll celebrate our wedding on July 4, 2026, in St Andrews — with the ceremony at St Andrews West Sands Beach and Guthrie Church as our rainy-day venue — and we can’t wait to mark the start of our next adventure beginning with a bucket-list trip to Scotland.

Angel has always been our comfort and rock — steady, kind, and endlessly supportive. As Maid of Honor, she’s been quietly handling so much behind the scenes, from coordinating details to calming nerves, and we couldn’t have done this without her.

My son,    I am so grateful for him.   David is one of the strongest people we know — steady, capable, and tireless. When my late husband passed, he stepped up without hesitation, taking the reins and handling so much with quiet strength and care. David is always moving, protecting, and providing for our family; we are endlessly grateful to have him by our side.

Jordan is the quiet genius of our family and Angel’s steady rock. He has a tender heart, a sharp sense of humor, and a deep love for family. We’re so grateful to have him standing with us.

Bridger and Beckett are our 2  little ring bearers—adorably wild and impossible to resist. They’ll be carrying the rings down the aisle, bringing big smiles and a touch of joyful chaos to our day.

Callie is the princess of our family—quick-witted, full of love, and always wrapped in fun and laughter. She’s a little shy, so we’ll give her extra hugs and encouragement before she walks down the aisle.

Peyton is the young man who made me a grandma — our family's junior genius. When he told me, " Lolly I am too old to be a ring boy!", we agreed: Groomsman it is! He has a heart even bigger than his dad’s and will no doubt help keep the boys entertained on the wedding day.

We will stay here for our wedding night. This is truly a bucket-list moment. We are so excited to even step foot here! We will have reservation @ 18 there to celebrate that evening after the wedding.
